Older Bikers

I wanted to give all of our members advance notice of an estate sale. As many of you may know, HarLady's 94 year old mother passed away a couple of months ago and the family will be be going through her belongings.

Those belongings have been stored in multiple buildings on a farm that has been in the family for over 100 years, therefore many treasures could be found.

Of course, the family will have first pick on any belongings they want. Once they have selected the items they want, I would like for club members to have second choice. So basically if you see anything in the photo's below that you might be interested in, please contact me or HarLady and ask for additional information.

HarLady and I will also be selling off personal items that we no longer want or need, in order to make room for family keepsakes that she will be inheriting.

As information becomes available on individual items that will be sold, we will make a separate post on those items and place it in the "classified" section of this website. Also, since the farm is located in Southern Indiana, if any club members from out of town would be interested in spending several days looking and "picking", give us at least 48 to 72 hours notice, so that we can provide sleeping accommodations for you.

Below are several photos representing the type of items that "may" be available from antique furniture, Carnival Glass, Cut Glass, Ruby Glass, lots of antiques, old tools, etc.

The family is also accepting offers on 74 acres of farmland (buildings NOT included), so anyone willing to offer in excess of $4,000 per acre should contact HarLady.
