Description: Daytona Beach Bike Week Official Website

If you plan on attending Daytona Bike Week, please post a note in our forum and let others know, so we can ride together or at least meet up while you are there.

Historic Daytona Bike Week In 1937 with the first running of the Daytona 200 was the birth of the Daytona Beach bike rally.

In the mid to late 40’s the bike week started getting a bad reputation because it was little out of control, but in the 80’s locals, officials, and bikers met to figure out how to keep Daytona Bike Week fun, but still reasonable for the officials and locals.

Today the law is issuing more tickets than they were 5 years ago, so brush up on the laws before you go.

Daytona Beach Bike Week has expanded to Ormond Beach, Bruce Rossmeyer’s Destination Daytona, and other areas surrounding Datyona.

Part of it has been the price gouging and part of it is because during the rally Daytona has grown so much.

If it is your first time to the Daytona bike rally you will need to cruise around in the traffic jam at least once. If you have been there and done that there is still a lot of riding next to the ocean and beaches as well as riding the Loop.

The Loop is a 22 mile ride that gives you the opportunity to get away from the city for a bit and lets you experience Florida’s scenery.

If you want to see top name music acts the Daytona rally has them. All of the major motorcycle manufacturers and motorcycle companies have their best exhibits you will find at any rally throughout the year. Not only are the major exhibits showing their latest offerings, but also thousands of smaller vendors at the Daytona Speedway, bars, parking lots, and anywhere else you can set up a tent.

Having started with the Daytona 200 you will find all types of races to entertain you. The infamous Daytona bars have live music, bike shows, contests, wet t shirt and other adult contests, and vendors. There are charity rides, raffles, poker runs, the Charity Builders Breakfast at Destination Daytona, and more.
